Am I overdosing elements ?

    As I stated before I use RedSea Marine Trace & Calcium + 3 once a week as directed on the bottel today I was board an looked up all the elements on the bottle of marine trace and found there were some that were in both products below are whats in marine trace 2 of which are in the C+3
    just want to know what you guys may think

    Marine Trace

    Iodine - I
    Molybdenum - Mo
    Zinc - Zn
    Vanadium - V
    Arsenic - As
    Titanium - Ti
    Nickel - Ni
    Chromium - Cr
    Manganese - Mn
    Cobalt - Co
    Selenium - Se
    Tungsten - W
    Silver - Ag
    Bismuth - Bi
    Antimony - Sb
    Tin - Sn
    Niobium - Nb
    Beryllium - Be
    Gold - Au
    Indium - In
    Yttrium - Y

    C+3

    Calcium - Strrontium - Iodine - Molybdenum both I & MO are in both

    i don't think you have enough corals to warrant dosing

    well i don't think the silver and arsenic are helping the fish lol

    do you do water changes?

    Your fish wont benefit from those elements as much as the corals will. Luna

    the thing is with dosing if you do build up a high enough concentration of half those chemicals listed it becomes posioness

    the funny thing is I looked up every element my self they dont tell you that on the bottle but i have benn using this product for years

    The only ppl that benefit from that article is RedSea. If you only have fish, regular WC will take care of all that. The only time that you would need that, is when you are over stocked and the WC arent enough or if your not doing WC's. If you do WC's and dose that stuff, your over dosing and throwing away your money everytime you do a WC. Did I make any sense? Luna
