i tried to take pics of them but i cant get a clean photo with my camera. they are about 1/4" long and like to run all over a piece of LR i have in my tank. they are brownish with little anteni and a bunch of tiny legs. they dont seem to be doing anything but my tank is sitting through cycling so who knows what they would do to livestock so i wanted to know

you can google "ampipod" or "copepod". this will bring up a picture. if they are one of these, you don't need to do anything. they are good.
