    LOL! yesterday i was teaching spinning kicks to one class, and hip throws to the other. My knee was killing me last night but im ok today.

    I got to see this tank in person finally today. He's been inviting me over and this 125 is awesome!! All the fish is active, happy, and well-behaved! Well-thought fish selection and corals. Ive took a few pics, he will upload them soon!
