No, closest I came to was flooding with RO and then having to put a bit on new stuff in. That tank was invincible. I also went about a year without feeding at one point. My fish were active fat and healthy... so many pods! After my dottyback kicked the bucket I finally started to get featherdusters back. I save a couple hundred of them transferring the rock to the new system!

Oh i know right? My wife was just perusing Craigslist and said to me "Oh look a reef tank for $150" I told her it had to be a crappy tank, and if it wasn't tiny there is no way it would be reef ready, but she dialed the guy and I left a message... the rest is history!

Dude, this frag has been so abused over the last couple of years..... I alk burned it, light burned it, nutrient starved it, light starved it, it survived the "Green Wave" (massive calurpa outbreak) Low alk, low ca, a polyp eating Green Clown Goby. When I get a viable frag im selling it to the PENTAGON!
Give me 6 months of stable reef conditions I bet I have a frag ;-)

Id totally be down! I don't know anyone around here that is into cool stuff. Its Xenia and brown button polyps for most people i talk to... {no offense to anyone from billings i probably dont know you} We tried to start a reef club but it was sort of bleak.

    Boom Update:
Went to the LFS and got the second anemone I've tried in 10 years. Its a BTA and has a red/pink body, green bulbs, and purple tips. Color was soso at the LFS but he was under terrible light! I love having my new systemup and running because I can fully drip acclimate with ease! Room in your sump is wonderful!
