ai sol controller questions

i recently picked up two ai sols, one is a sol white the other is a sol blue.....i plan on mixing each sol 50/50 with the pucks....now i understand certain colors will be controlled differently by this however when i hook up the two fixtures together and then hook up the controller it will not control both fixtures only one of them, what am i doing wrong?

 

Are they bridged together? there should be a small cable linking the two together.

Im not really sure then, Just double check the cables to be sure they are snug. on the contorller do you have it set to run as a sol blue or white? if we cant figure it out i would give Aqua illumination a call tomorrow.
