It is a dry heat, yeah right !
It is a really pretty little tank.

For that size of tank I would stay away from xenia, gsp any of the clove polyps. They will quickly take over and dominate the tank. I have made this mistake more than once myself. It gives the tank a lot of movement, but after a few months it turns into a tank full of xenia, gsp or cloves.

Perhaps some Acans, duncan and lps, more zoanthids. Some of the Montipora digitata would look really nice as well.

What types of corals are available to you?

Montipora digitata will not hurt your other corals. Duncans are not aggressive either, acans can be somewhat aggressive. Zoanthids are pretty benign as well.

I'm thinking sympodium. Would be a nice blue/green color kinda kind GSP but grow and spread a fraction of the speed (at least for me).

if you meant sympodium yeah I think its pretty cool. got a nice blue green color too it. Its reasonably hardy from what I have read. I havent gotten any yet myself but definitely plan to next time buying some corals comes around. My LFS wants a fortune for a frag for some reason like $75+, but you can usually find some nice priced frags on the ebay for $15-20.

    Limited Edition Sympodium Soft Coral

some pictures but they kinda close up. they really are a like GSP green with some nice dark blue.
