acclimating t5 to full spec led

Right now I have a 4 bulb oddsea t5 fixture with 2 10k whites and 2 actinic blues. When I receive my tax return I will be purchasing a 120w full spectrum fixture off eBay. I'm wondering how I should acclimate when switching to the new fixture. Should in cut back on hours or cut back on power or cut back on hours and power?

Good call on the lights IMHO.

I'd go with both less, If it's like my lights- and they pretty much are,
I'd go with the bluer channel about 80%, and the whiter about 45%.- mine still put out mega PAR- used a meter- at those settings.

 

Will you eventually turn them up slowly over time or no?
