Sooo, I have a 3 1/2" algae blenny. He does well keeping the rockwork and even glass in order. Since there isn't enough natural algae in the tank I've been putting nori strips in the tank. He gobbles those up like a pig and has also taken to the algae wafers. Since these are all dried algaes is there anything I should be supplimenting him with??? I want to make sure he gets the best food possible. His coloring is great, he's alert and healthy. He's pretty tubby....I just want to make sure than in the future I don't have health issues with him. My thought is to be proactive in the tank, not reactive.

Could I try broccoli? Green bell peppers? Romaine lettuce? Any ideas would be awesome!

    Foods he eats:
    Green/red algae sheets
    Algae wafers
    Occasional reef flakes
    SOME natural seaweed

romaine lettuce is excellent...broccoli is good, though I have not had much luck with any of my fish eating this. They say blanch it before placing it in the tank will make them go after it more.

I alternate between romaine lettuce, nori, and algie sheets both purple and red. Mine eats everything and anything.

Should I blanch the lettuce as well so that he can tear at it better?
