Okay, well out of curiosity, is there a fish that is not aggresive, reef safe, and are not jumpers? Like the clowns? Most of the none aggresive reef safe that fits in 29 gallon are mostly jumpers. 6 line wrase, fire fish, goby, etc etc. Just curios.

I've not heard of a bicolor blenny jumping out of a tank but they can be territorial and aggressive towards other blennies. I'm not sure if this is true for all blennies but I think most are like this.

First, you have the biocube right? So why so worried about jumpers? The biocubes have that big old lid on them, actually an excellent system for jumpers.
That being said, there are plenty of non-jumping fish, like cardinal fish, clown gobies, harptail blenny, white blenny, etc. Just do a google search. There's plenty out there.

I do, but they jump to filter area though, which can be nightmarish to get them out.
Because display tank area and the filter area are not closed, they are open.

There has to be a way to cover the filtration areas so they can't jump back there, maybe use some eggcrate or even some thin acrylic or something?

The top on BC29s are pretty nice.
Teh biggest limitation is the space. There is not a lot of space to swim in a 29g cube.

How about a pair of tank bred Banggai cardinals??
