A Great Experience with my New Apex

Hello Everybody-

I just wanted to share a great experience I had with the Apex Controller I recently purchased.
I bought the Apex system for a 57 gallon rimless aquarium I am currently cycling and I was having some issues with the Energy Bar 8. Right out of the box, it wasn't controlling anything. In fact, it wasn't even recognized by the Aquacontroller.
So, the first thing I did was cruise the forums here on 3Reef and the majority of responses to similar issues was to call Neptune systems.
Being that I'm in Michigan, I decided to wait until later last night.
I talked to Paul and within minutes, he had me up and running. He had said the EB8 was communicating too fast with the controller and with a few brilliant clicks on his computer, he had my network interface, the controller, and the EB8 communicating perfectly.
After that, we talked a bit about some of the other add-ons to the system and I will soon be purchasing the WXM module to interface with my 2 MP10s. It was a great conversation!
I cannot express enough what top-notch customer service Neptune has and that type of service will keep me going back!

it can be a pain to get them on the phone.. but when you do, they really are top notch.

Agreed, hard to get a hold of but when you do they are great!
