the overflow and return run through the same hole in the top of the stand...
the hold is 4x10

 

I feal like my setup is being built again I made my stand and sump also. Are you using a 29 long for your sump?

 

Looks good. I like the wide opening. Just make sure you don't need a center brace or a beefed up cross-member for strength.

Ive looked at A LOT of stand designs.....and lots of people have said no center support will be ok.... I think I am still planning on putting one in place ( with brackets) once the sump an plumbing are done

 

the sump I am using is a 20G long.....got if for only $20 so I couldn't pass it up, will go bigger once its up and running....

have finished the primer, and base coat. (the top coat will be a dark red with a "crackle" finish)
also a few pics of two baffles Ive got into the sump so far

got all the baffles in the sump now...holding water in each chamber.
the fuge is smaller than I would like it to be, but couldnt pass up the $20 tank on craigslist, will upgrade to a bigger sump later after the system is up an running

 

Tank is coming along nicely. Do you know what type of fish your going to keep yet???
