I have about 2.88888 watts per gallon (I know this isnt the best way to measure the lighting in my tank but..) is that enough for soft corals and anems? I have done some research and have found that the general answer for my anem is yes (rose tip anem).

    2x65 Watt 420/460nm full actinic & 2x65 50%actinic (True Actinic 03Blue 50%) and 10,000k Daylight(50%)

Should I change up the bulbs for more true daylight? Or am I good?

What size is your tank?? I have a 55 gal. and a corallife P.C. with 260w. and I keep LPS and Softies as well.. As for the Anem I never had long term luck with Em.. They need MORE LIGHTING!!!

    HOPE THIS HELPS

I would keep it to shrooms and zoa's. Any other sofeties that are more light demanding you will have to place very high up.
Absolutely zero chance of keepeing an anemone.

depends upon the anemone, and how deep you tank is,
