I was wondering if my tank is overstocked. It's a standard 55 gallon tank with 75 lbs of live rock and 60 lbs of live sand. It has a coralife skimmer and canister filter. My water is always good. My fish include 3 blue damsels, a snowflake eel, humuhumu trigger, and foxface. Is it overstocked/ should I remove anything or could i add anything.

The trigger and foxface may outgrow your tank as will the eel. You don't have a lot of fish, but you have bigger fish which produce more waste then the comparable amount of smaller fish. Say you have 3 chromis that reach a size of 3", they will produce less waste then one 9" yellow tang.
