3Reef > RC

RC has a new post button in the same place it is on here.

And I agree, it is more cozy here. I do most of my research on RC just because it is such a huge warehouse of knowledge. RC is the library. I call this place home.

 

No one has gone overboard or been negative. (Thanks folks). This is just a reminder that positive posts extolling the virtues of either forum are fine. However, negative posts can cause this thread to get closed.

Well then...... 3REEF IS THE BEST REEF FORUM SITE COMPARED TO OTHERS THERE IS TO OFFER TO ANY REEFER.....

Lets see here at 3reef you get great members that fill you in with wonderful insight on any problem or question you may have..... you may get the occasional closed thread due to unruly ones. You get to see great tank builds, and how could I forget my wonderful 90 gallon reef tank

ahh... and of course the lovely contest with prizes (hint hint we need one of these again Matt) that other forum sites do not offer.

ok ok I know that was a bit over the top... Ill tone it down : (no no there was no sarcasm portrayed at all thru this post)

did i hear karama, i want karma! 3reef is pretty awesome, i have never been to another reef site, but i do go to a small freshwater forum because i was a member when i had my freshwater tanks, but now they like to see my salt tank as there is only 3 other people who have reefs. But 3reef is pretty awesome!

Indeed. There is a ton of info over there since there are so many members. However, on the negative side, they have so many members posting that you need to bump your threads every 5 minutes to keep them visible. I've also noticed that people don't seem to be as willing to help.

It's definitely a good source for learning..
