at attempting to reseal the tank, put 30g of water in it and it is leaking again! I thought it was 48 hrs, but found out differently when I had 20g of water in there! I suck at sealing tank like everything else.....now thinking about what the next step is. It has been over 3 months now, probably just going to keep my FOWLR and nanos and give up on my big reef, just havent decided yet. I am going to wait several more weeks before I make a final decision, but if I am out I will be posting the equipment up for sale. Again havent made the final decision yet, so dont pm for prices yet.....I do know any livestock is going local only as they have been under too much stress now to ship! Luckily I only had 2 fish when the tank went down a large female bellus and a large male mystery, all of which I am giving a friend of mine. The sea apple and the psychedelic cuc is going to the store tonight so they can properly take care of it.
Again just venting, dont need anybody to get on here and tell me "give up" or "dont give up" just frustrated right now

Hate to hear about a leaky tank. what size is it? what all did you do to reseal it? If you didnt remove all of the silicone (except that which is between the panes), you are most likely leaking at the point where old meets new. I have successfully resealed a 225 which has a completely broken end panel. It can be done, just has to be done correctly.
