Looking nice civic. I'm scared of the switch as well but I'm looking forward to the electricity bill going down and less heat. Hoping the leds will bring out more colors as well.

Thanks DSC. My coral are still suffering from my alk drop a few weeks ago. Along with the light change, this will be quite some time before it gets back to where I want to be. I agree I cant wait to see a lower elc bill. My fish room is no longer a sauna. My tank temp is stable at 79 degrees. With due time, the colors will come back and be better then ever.

Looking good civ. I love my LEDs I know you will as well. I've never had a chiller on my system, one less thing to go wrong.

So a major update. I had a large coral loss. All my plating sps has died. My beautiful pink monti is no longer. I also lost my frogspawn corals and my larger then your head hammer. I believe I lost these due to the new hydra 52 lights. I acclimated 10% per week until I got to where I liked it, problem is I pushed too far. I contribute the coral loss to the change in lighting from my metal halides. Lesson learned I suppose.

Damn civic, sorry to hear. That's the one thing I'm afraid of when doing the switch. Leds are really powerful and unfortunately I'm going to be a newbie when I get them. I'm sure your tank will come back stronger than ever.
