I dont know if a niger and humu would go together or not...i just know that there was some serious fighting between my two triggers, and had to get rid of one of them. My Bursa is one bad mama jama tho..but like people every fish has a different personality..so unfortunately you never know what your getting...i had a friend that had a tang that ended up being not reef safe..lol

Ok so basically it depends on the fish. i think if they have 2 triggers in the same tank at the lfs then i may just snag em both. So i have heard that lions and triggers dont work together but if i got a lion big enough would it work?

what type of medium/large angel could work with a trigger and puffer? The ones i was looking at were the xanthurus and majestic.

Triggers are not ideal with lions. It can be a risky endeavor at best. But traditionally the triggers you see working out in a lions tank is a pelagic trigger. My husband had a Picasso and a volitans together for 7 years.

alright how much bigger was the lion than the trigger? I am now thinking of going with one trigger because from advice i have been gathering it seems that i could do 2 triggers but its not a good idea. What trigger would be a good choice? I do like clown triggers but i assume it will get too big.

They were the same size when acquired and grew up together.

Choosing not to mix them is a better decision, IMO.
