$100 controller- temp and pH probe?

    Reef Keeper and Neptune are about equal. Some give the edge to Neptune for ease of use, but who knows. I have a ACJr. It does what I need. You really need to do your research for controllers. You need to know what capabilities you nedd and what you are getting. They both have bare bones, and everything cost from there. Powerstrips, probes, modules....everything.

    A controller is one of the best thing you can buy for your tank, but you need to know what you are getting and what it's limitations are. As usuall, going cheap leads to other problems down the road and then you spend more money. I'm real happy with my AC Jr. Does everything I need, but I am at my max of 12 outlets, and it is not very hard to use 12 outlets. In the future I will probably get a Apex.
