    Bulk reef supply has the pads, just look under pumps, $4 a piece made of rubber and cork.

    +1 on the vibration pads, I have seen them many places, shouldn't be too hard to find.

    If we are talking about which skimmer and not worried about money, I like the Vertex. However, it is nearly twice the price.
