SPS= short polyped stony.. ie.. acroporas. LPS = long polyped stony ie.. frogspawns. and softies.. ie leathers.. sps require more flow. LPS...
honestly i think thats too high if he is just going with softies and LPS.. 29G has mostly softies and LPS.. and my turn over rate wast even near that...
If you are going full SPS then you might need about at least 40x turn over rate... really with 1 koralia evolution thats rated 1400 you could easily...
