coralline grew naturally, and man is it a pain too lol... the rock i used was base rock... 5 large pieces and they are all covered in coralline now,...

ya same thing, they tend to change color a lot depending on the light and the tank conditions
they will be fine during your water change, just make sure they aren't baking under halides of some other hot source while they are out of the water....

that is what they call alien eye chalice, most that color are coming out of australia
once you cut the top off you can then cut the crown into pie shaped pieces and attach them to rubble rock and they will all form new colonies
