I still think you should consider t5 lighting, to light your tank it would only be the equivalent of 4 60 watt incadescent bulbs. which isn't much.

usually 10k is pretty white, with a slight hint of blue. most people in the hobby say they are yellow. I will say 10k t5's are basically solid...
well according to the comparison to a t5 bulb you would need two of them. I think your starting to notice why LED's just aren't there yet for this...

most leds for high light stuff will be pretty expensive for that tank size.
I don't think that light would support a anemone only very low light corals, and yes they need to be feed.

cheap bulbs are no no.. atleast for the halides your alk is probably 3 points off. alk is huge for coral growth thats something i didn't learn about...
