    I now have the clowns in the QT. I used Rid Ich hoping to fix whatever problem is going on. My clowns now have some "skin" coming off of them....

    IMO it seems that 4 weeks is a little too quick to have what you do have. I would check your water again, maybe have your LFS check it.
