    Ok so would it be a terribly bad idea to add a fish tomorrow? Ammonia is at 0 as well as the nitrites. The nitrates are at about 5ppm.

    Oh so this stuff is needed for live rock? I thought it was just to help coralline algae to grow. If you can't tell I'm new to all ofthis.
