Zebra Hermit Crab?

    I bought this crab from the LFS a few months ago. It was labeled as just a hermit crab but its very active (like non-stop) and looks kinda like a zebra crab but wasn't sure so figured might as well find out ;). Its grown probably triple the size since I bought it, only $10 too def a great deal.

    Any ideas?

    not a zebra they are stocky, judging by the price...staghorn?

    we have a bunch of those in miami....u bought him for $10!!!!??? want anymore? i could stick some in a box with some water and send them over!

    Looks like a striped hermit crab (Clibanarius sp.)

    Striped Hermit Crab Looks pretty similar, most likely that is it.

    I live in CT so def can see the reason for the price haha.
