im looking at this site online. im making a fowlr tank and was wondering is it true you can have more than one angel in a tank?????...thats what it says on saltwaterfish.com.. ?? just wondering. actually while im here, this fowlr tank is for my uncle and he wants me to set it up. I was wondering what kind of fish i should put in for him. colorful things that he will like. right now. i have this on my maybe list: emperor angel, magestic angel, queen angel, copperband butterfly, pearlscale butterfly, blonde naso tang, blue tang, clown trigger.
what are some suggestions in terms what nice fish to put in and also what not to put in (according to my list) it is a 120 galloon tank

I would say the Naso will probably get too large for that tank. They grow fast and can get up to 2 feet in size. Probably won't hit that length in an aquarium, but I would consider something in the Zebrasoma family.

Just remember that you are looking at a maximum of about 40 inches in your tank maximum. Personally, I would not go above 30 inches. And the general rule of thumb is one angel per tank. They get a little nasty towards each other. ITO tangs, 120g is enough to have more than one tang, but it needs to look different. FE, a yellow tang and a sailfin tang would not enjoy each other's company. But a yellow tang and a hippo would probably work out just fine. So avoid similar body types and coloration to avoid potential conflict....a 120g tank is still not all that big. I only have one tang in my 90.

So find a fish compatability chart and rate your choices. That clown trigger is going to be a little poopy pants. They bite. Be careful.
