    I posted it because of its' thoroughness. I personally go 4-6 weeks between changes, always have, and never ran into any trouble. I think it is what you are comfortable with. The article brought out some good information though. By the way, adding pure water to compensate for evaporation has a diluting effect, somewhat. I use about a gallon a day or 7 gallons a week. Granted, there are no minerals or trace elements of any kind but I dose them so my tank is replenished and somewhat diluted on a regular basis.

    ive done and tried alot and jus found wat works best for me, not realy a fan of huge wc's anyway
