Well, its been 6 weeks now that i have my saltwater tank cycled and its been running smoothly...thank god. i only have 4 damsels, a clown fish, starfish for 2 weeks now and no issues...damsels for about 3 weeks i just picked up a dogface puffer and an anemone (not sure of the name its white with purple tips) and so far so good. i test everyother day just to make sure that all is good and not over feeding them. i need advise on when i should be doing a water change this weekend or should i do a sand cleaning since i will lose about 20% of the water anyways.

The advice I would give you right now would be to take the anemone back as your first step ;)

Tank is way too young for an anemone. They are one of the hardest creatures to keep, and should not even be considered till the tank is around 12 months old. Also, if they die, they will release toxins and take every living thing in the tank along with them.
What type of lighting do you have?

sabae anemone ... I agree with packleader as it is really to soon to have an anemone.
    Besides that congratulations.

Personally I would just do the water change don't disrupt the sand at this point..
