too much flow?

Yea I should do that, I have mysis shrimp should I spot feed him some of that with a turkey baster?

 

in my old 40 i had 2 k2s and a 500gph aqueon.. i thought the flow was perfect

 

can you change the position of the outputs? Maybe aim one more up towards the top of the tank. I have 2 800GPH power heads in my 40 breeder, but I had to play with their direction to keep one from pounding my corals.

 

After it settles for a few days give it a try

It probably is fine The star polyps down there getting a little blown too but they are still fully opened up every day.

He used to open up a lot more you could see both the heads clearly and he was just stretched out more hahah
