My wife brought up the other day what happened to the show Tanked I watched and out of curiosity I checked when it was due back. Turns its coming back in April. So who's going to be a returning viewer?

Great show but these guys are idiots. Yes they are great at molding acrylic but they add stupid corals and fish combo's, which I'd love to hear how it lasts and how they do maintenance. I lost a lot of faith in their ability when I saw how they pick livestock like their trading baseball cards.

I truly just watch for entertainment factor and am not trying to learn anything. While their tanks are some times amazingly huge more I don't find appealing because I am not fond of the fake decor they use. To each their own though.

I'll watch it just based on it being a hobby related reality show. I dont expect to see Mr. Saltwater as a guest appearance of sudden learn a new skimmer mod like many people hope that the show will be, but to me it does have entertainment value even if by thier own admission it is largely staged and editted.

That would be horrible, that guy, Mr.Saltwater tank, is starting to lose legitimacy imo. His "quick tips" are things ppl write in about. he doesnt even try any more, and theyre almost always so obvious. like this week, if your out of space, stack your containers up... Nawww really.... cmon, ... My girl saw me watching it the other day, and she made a good point. Who coined him Mr.Saltwater Tank? Why is he so special? lol anywho...

But the show is okay for a family to sit down and watch nemo when its not on imo. They do things to wow viewers not bore them to death with how to start a tank, and understanding it. And they do it with some crazy build nobody else would do, like a car tank... i mean thats cool, to an extent. all the fake coral just makes those things look like cheap matchbox car compared to a diecast replica. If they ever did a legit reef tank, large one, ill watch that episode.

I wont lost sleep if i miss an episode or 3.

They did do a build with actual corals and a live system in Season 1! for a family that wanted a tank that was not totally fake on the inside. Forgot which episode, I'll see if I can look it up, they still did not really explain much but they do do full live systems if they are requested.

I was in vegas last october for work, and I noticed that the one that they did for the serendipity restaurant (the big gumball machine) was no longer there. Not sure if it failed or what, but it was gone.
