    I have a mag7 on the 55, im thinking about adding another for more flow. to much?

    So you want to add another return pump?
    if you need more flow in your tank I would go with korila 3 or 4.

    +1 on above. That would be a lot of turnover through your sump. I would think another powerhead in the DT would be better.

    Better to increase your turnover through circulation pumps, higher flow through the sump means a greater likelihood of micro bubbles. +2 on the Koralias.
