Take the juice from squeesed garlic, integrate with frozen food, or flake (as appropriate), let stand for a few minutes, serve.

shrimp are also good with a nice garlic butter sauce, fried scampi. (don't serve this to the fish)

I have the garlic guard by seachem. I just soak some brine and mysis shrimp in it then feed. The fish love it. I also just bought a yellow tang and added a veggie clip and some seaweed with garlic added. The tang loves it. I have had him for about 2 weeks and no signs of anything as of yet. I acclimated him a little longer then I usually do too. I have to say I was surprised that when he was released into my tank he immediatly started picking away at my rock.

So this tank is 93 gallons, a blue tang should be ok, right?

If you only get one tang, and with some monitoring, and possibly a diy fuge to increase the total system water volume, yes it should be fine. Many recommend 125 gallons to consider a tang, however 90+ will usually do it. You should note here that I am being abundantly cautious. Blue (hippo/royal) tangs can get huge, and some will simply not do well in anything under 150. I would (and those who know my reputation for slamming people with tangs will say that this is incredible coming from me) give it a shot. At worst if it outgrows your tank you have the justification to get a bigger one ;D, or sell it back to the LFS.

BTW I discuss tangs extensively in the FAQ in my blog. If you are successful in keeping a blue tang in 90 gallons, please let me know and I'll adjust accordingly.
