    its a astrias star fish
    it can be a pest as they do multiply fast!!

    He's gone now, I don't know where he went. Hopefully he shows up again. It would be cool to have a starfish for free, just not a whole army of them. I don't know where he came from. Maybe the Chaeto i bought online?

    They do multiply fast if there's excess nutrients. As long as they stay within manageable numbers they're a great part of your CUC

    They stay very small and I've never had a rogue starfish although I want to squash one of my sexy shrimp

    they get as big as what you saw! chances are they won't be a problem! They come and go, and generally are beneficial to have!
