1 Diamond Watchman Goby (Valenciennea puellaris)
1 Female Green Mandarin (Synchiropus splendidus), she is sitting in my other tank waiting for this one to mature a healthy copepod population, will add her in a couple months

    FISH I WISH TO ADD

1 Male green mandarin (in a 450 would a pair wok if i add them together?)

In your sized aquarium IMO one mandarin only unless you purchase them eating prepared foods to supplement there diet.Just make sure you have a sizable pod population before introducing one. Also that sixline will be a major competitor for pods. They are extremely efficient at decimating a pod population.
A Yellow Tang or the Coral beauty will be o.k. but keep in mind angels have a tendency to nip at corals and clams.
I wouldn't suggest a Copper banded butterfly.IME they can be difficult fish to keep in an aquarium.

thx vinny, did some further research on the butterfly and it does seem to be a risk, probably wont get it the end. in regards to the mandarin i had argued with myself before about it, giving myself that exact reasoning (that the 6liner would be a competitor for food) was hoping some one would confirm and im glad you did, guess shes gonna be single all her life, had i a sump it would be a different story. i got the yellow tang and the coral and they are absolutely splendid! i especially like the coral with her electric blue colors.
looking at my tank i think it would be time to stop on the stocking, better have few fish than too many IMO, easier on the system and especially easier on the fish

Definitely.Be sure to provide your angel some sponge in its diet as this is mostly what they eat in the wild. There are cubed frozen foods that contain sponge as the main ingredient. Also if your local lfs ever gets any live sponge it will just go crazy for it.Good luck with them.;D8)
