I will be setting up a 70 gallon cube in the near future and was wanting some input. The tank deminsions are 30x30x18 Ill have a led fixture over the tank along with a 10 gallon fuge and 20 gallon sump.

I will be doing a mixture of LPS and SPS with a few zoas, I will also have a clam and Anem.

Here is a list of the fish I want, now I cant have them all so what would be a good combination and number. the only two that will definatly be in there are the mis-bar clowns. I also understand that due to the size of the tank some may also not make good canidates so if you know if they will, or wont work please feel free to share but keep please it civil.

All these fish are actually good for your tank IMO. None of them too big with exception of the anthias.

If this was my tank I would get
a school of chromis ( 5 or so)
    the jester goby
    Firefish
    mandarin
and the schooling banner fish. ( maybe 2)
and maybe the orange stripped goby.

    All of these work..
I want to say that you can keep all of these in the same aquarium, but it is definitely on the high end.
What is your filtration going to be like?
Since they are all about the same size (aquarium bioload wise) maybe I would take your 3 least favorite and keep the remaining.

On a 50gallon I would keep somewhere around 8 smaller sized fish. So a 60G maybe 10small sized.

I hesitate when telling you numbers because it all depends on the fish you get, but this list seems pretty ok to me though.

well the filtration will probablyt be a bubble magus skimmer, NPX biopellets, carbon, cheto, DSB in the tank its self and about 70 LBS of rock. LOL I think your right about the list but it might have to be tweaked a little.

Yeah, In my opinion your list is pretty doable. Good choices too.
It all comes down to your preference and budget :)

The Court Jester needs filimintatious algae in its diet and does not do well in a clean aquarium. These are best kept in Fowlr's were algae isn't so much a nuisance.;)
