you could fit lots in that size of a tank, also they are scavengers but a small piece of fish dropped in every now and then wouldnt hurt

They are reef safe and scavengers. I would buy a bunch though, since they do best in groups.

just 1 out of 6 lfs are out of sexy shrimp due to seasons, and the 1 has 3 sexy shrimps.

Would it be okay if i add more later? or do they have to be all introduced at same time

you could probably fit 7 or 8 in a 5 gallon nano, if that gives you a good idea of how many ou could fit in a 30 gallon

I want to buy 10 to go in my 75G. I will be placing them in all at once. I don't know how adding them at different times will affect them, but I doubt it would be a problem.

You can add as you like, you do not have to add all at the same time. Takes them awhile to find each other anyway. Get more than you actually want, not uncommon to loose one or two initially.

Mine hang out in a little group, there are five in a 29 gallon tank. Once they mature you can tell which is the female, she is larger and sways much more than the others. I have heard as well that they do better in odd numbers.
