ive been trying to figure out the best way to set up my power heads. heres a pic of current set up.

i have a 1400 pwrhead the lfs said is all i need and yes i know its to big. its the 1 in the front left hand side and a 600 maxijet in the right rear which i hate cause its a maxi jet. here are some pics of the front and where the sand is at. i have 60lbs of LS.

i think it looks more reallistic that way but dont like the sand blowing sometimes. the 1400 is point to the surface and to the skimmer. the 600 is pointed to the middle of the front of the tank. i have is little guy under the skimmer and filter out flow as well next to the 600.

this is what he looked liked b4 i had moved him around a couple times trying to fit other corals in.

i have this guy right in the center on top and his fingers are going all over the place. this pic is b4 i moved him.

next to the 1400 i have these corals which i feel is loving where they are at.

the reason i have 1400 pointed at the surface is to keep is clean (churing the water). the 600 i just felt i needed for some of the other corals that werent getting the flow i needed. its going to be a couple of months b4 i can get the rite size powerheads and the ones that i like. like the 1400 brand. any helpful info would be great. thank you for your time and info.

Move the frogspawn back down to the sand, they don't like high flow. It is tough when you have so few and such uneven flow powerheads. Experimentation is the only way to figure it out. I think you may be on the right path though.
