    The deadline for pic submissions will be WED. Sept. 24th at midnight pacific time.

    The voting and poll will begin Thursday the 25th.

    The poll will be closed on Sat. Oct. 4th for the winner to be declared on Sunday.


    I apologize for any contradicting dates. I didn't realize but, July's contest was submissions til' mid-month and voting was for the remainder of the month.

    As I've mentioned regarding a tie. I will pick a panel of judges. If your pic is part of the tie you won't be eligible. If the pic that you voted for is included in the tie breaker, an alternate will be chosen. This will ensure a "fair tie breaker". The picked judges will be kept confidential.

    I'm not quite sure what the appropriate # of judges will be, suggestions welcome.::)
