RO top off water

    Hey all,

    I buy my RO top off water from my LFS, how long can I keep this at home before getting fresh RO?

    If the water is an an air-tight container...then you could keep it as long as you want, I suppose. Water doesn't really "go bad" if air does not come n contact with it. After a while[if in open air] it will begin to smell bad[like beer/rotten egg combo/smell], but by that time, I would think you would have used the water. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

    Yup..Just as said above...Put a airtight lid of over it and leave it as long as you want..Mine only last about a week..But as he said, water cant go bad.
