    so a new update for my palm pre came out, tried to install it, failed but said it didn't, phone wouldnt accept calls or make them, so call sprint, they try to walk me through some stuff, they end up getting me to do a full reset, now the stupid thing just says "Phone error" our phone is experiencing an error that can not be resolved

    Wow that makes me feel good, there is unfixable problems? lol

    biggest issue, sprint tells me they are 2-4 weeks back ordered and this is the only phone I have, gonna go to the store in the AM and reak absolute havoc until they give me a new one

    yeah forgot to update, the store had new ones in stock so they replaced it, the sprint auto-backup utility on the phone is sweet, it retained all my settings and contacts, all i lost was my background pic, pics from the phone i had taken and mp3's i'd downloaded
