We need some details. Size of tank? ammonia? nitrite? nitrate? sg? ph? mag? ca? dkh? iodine? temp? amount of rock? skimmer? mechanical filtration? tank age? other tank inhabitants? feeding habits? Get my drift? ;)

Need more info. Generally, the Hermit Crabs will be hardier than the shrimp, so it makes sense that they survived something that the shrimp did not.

There is actually a form at the beginning of the ASAP forum that Casey created. It is very useful....even if you do not have all the answers, it covers all bases.

Shrimp are more delicate than hermit crabs, plus size adds to the equasion.

Are these all the inverts in the tank? Could be copper.
