I just got an ocean pulse duo and I'm running two Aqueon circulation 500s. They do make a bit of a wave motion, but they aren't doing as well as I would think they should.

I am thinking of swapping them out for a couple of new pumps but what should I get?

Jebao pumps put off some awesome flow. I'd check those out. If you can spend more, get some MP10's or MP40's.

Where would I go to get one not having much luck finding them online.

Also has anyone tried a hydor koralia evo. And what size should I get , only has 2 inputs so should I get bigger pumps than 500 gph?

A wp25 should be more than enough. I have one for when I set up my 45 cube.

+1 If you buy new, you get a warrantee, they usually last a very long time, and they hold their value.

Jebao wp25/40 have only been around for a year or so, I personally wouldn't want be a guinea pig. Personally, I'd wait another year or so to see how they hold up before buying one. That being said, if I felt the need for a wave maker, I'd jut get an mp10

I'm using sicce voyagers on a wavemaker. No noise like my koralias made when turning on.
