I have a 55g with 2 K'2's and it is a decent amount of flow. I have one K2 on the left side of my tank pointed towards the middle and the other one on the right side pointed towards the middle also. But, I have one K2 pointed slightly up and the other pointed slighty down, with my return line from sump pointed up as well. I think you could add a K2 to your setup and that would be a nice amount of flow. As far as positioning the power heads, it is a lot of trial and error, but I would have the K1's pointed down and the K2 pointed up. The K2 will give you some surface movement and the K1's will keep good movement throught the tank. Placing the K1's on one side and the K2 on the opposite side.

+1 to 4phish. I have K3s arranged in a similar fashion on a 75g, and am adding back my K1 for a bit of lower flow just to keep things moving.
