I was wondering if I should or if people have painted the bottom of thier aquarium? Yes of course the outside. Here is my question why: I run a ATS on a reverse cycle and I never really noticed until tank maintenance today there are a couple of I'll assume algae spots on the bottom of the tank under the substrate against the bottom glass. Do those matter or should i care? I also noticed after lights out that the pistol shrimp has dug down to against the glass and the ATS/sump lighting is showing out up thru his holes. I am not to worried about that though. Any thoughts?
