    Yeah it is. if you look at the pic in the link, all the way to the left where the causeway just starts into the water, that's where all the rock is. don't even have to get wet to collect it. when tides out you walk right down and it's in about 6" of water.

    You can kind of see it in the center of the picture. Its just a tiny tiny little blotch of what looks like the orange coralline you are talking about. The picture and the lighting does it no justice :(
