    You should also monitor your water paramaters closely, and perform small water changes as well

    The water Has a very minimal effect on the cycle.

    Will do a water change right after though for Nitrate export. :)

    not right after test them i do my changes at about 5 PPM for that young of a tank a would wait untill 10 or 15 PPM

    Not if you are using all the water for the 29g. I started a 150 and a 50 from running tanks. Both did not need to be cycled. I added fishes a week after I brought the tank up. Also, I don't use live rock or sand.

    THE BACTERIA DONT LIVE IN THE WATER ONLY SAND AND ROCK. i dont mean to yell but you need to no this.

    Yes you are correct, see the statement wherer i said that fishes were added to the system in one week? What live rock and sand bring is die off and living organism. Bacterias survive by feeding off them. By adding fish to the system it is essentially the same thing. I don't understand why people have to wait for their tanks to cycle.

    To each his own, that's my opinion and procedure that I had been following and my tank is fine. I am also very impatient.

    I want to wait only because it can be harmful for livestock if the ammonia or nitrite levels are too high. It can kill livestock or stress it greatly. Technically, no you don't really have to wait. but you run a risk of losing livestock and/or harming it. I want to prevent this.
