I am in the market for a new/used tank. I currently have a 125 but I want something huge. 350+ gallons. Looking at building something into my wall and if I am going to do it I might as well do it right the first time! Also, I want it long and deep, but not real high. It seems the higher they are the harder they are to light. ;D

What about a cube tank? Or something close to it? That would be nice if 2 sides are built on to the wall and you can see the 2 other sides? The tank would basically be on a corner.

That might be sweet. Metal halides at 250 watt I am guessing 4 of them?? Got one of these tanks do ya?

Ha! I only wish I did. But I love the huge square tanks, especially the shallower ones. they make for very cool aquascapes.

I think the sense of depth(no pun intended) makes it seem more like you are actually in the ocean.

I think 4 or 5 250w halides should do the job.
