I hear I have to acclimate the corals, i went from biocube 29 gallon to 150w Coralife 150w Metal Halie. How can I acclimate my corals though? Suggestions?

just have them somewhat shaded like under rocks and such then gradually move them up onto the rockwork

All i did was for the first week i had my lighting on for only 4 hours a day and then actinics for like 3 extra hours..Now that im almost in my 3rd week i am running them for 6 hours a day almost..Yesterday they ran pretty long on accident(Wasnt home, no timer) but all the corals look fine and were open so they are okay..

Start with a short photo-period, maybe 4 hours. Get some fiberglass window screen. Probably 3 or 4 layers and put them over the top of the tank. Every other day remove a layer. Once all the layers are gone start increasing your photoperiod. Maybe a half hour to an hour a week.

^^^ Shouldn't need to move anything, just shorten the period.
