    my pump for my skimmer (mag 3 or rio1700+)(red sea 1800) is not strong enough. the pump goes through a brs bio pellet reactor then to the skimmer.im using 1/2 in hardline that come with the reactor. any recommendations on a pump?

    Okay, this may be just too obvious, but stop using one pump for two applications. Put a MaxiJet 900 on your reactor.

    i had a mag 3 attempting to run it and it wasnt cutting it. i have the bio pellets inline to the skimmer
