just got back from that pet place and got this peppermint shrimp blue and red leg hermits a true clown and ric frag

 

got the ro/di unit by the recommendation of tangster

 

i was told that the ric is mostly feed by the light should i use any other feeding methods?

so its been almost three months now and the tank is running fine i had a real bad hair algae outbreak but fixed it with some scrubbing of the rock but my sand is very bad looking it i have some hermits and most of my turbos died from a lack of the hair algae and some nass. snails and astreas and a cleaner goby which is doing almost nothing what should i do the sand is very fine grain and some other algae problems
